Official Gym Leader Tourney Thread

Hey Harbor League,
This is the official thread for the tournament to decide on the gym leaders for the League.
Lately I have been getting incessant requests for this tournament, and it is apparent that there are many members on the site who want to become a leader. Before I go into the details about the tournament, I'm going to describe the expectations of future gym leaders:

1. Gym Leaders should be active members of the community; contributing to the Forums and chat on a regular basis.
2. Gym Leaders are not guaranteed moderator positions
3. Gym Leaders' teams should be in a 4/2 format: 4 Pokemon of the same type and 2 wild cards (Any exceptions must be approved by an administrator)
4. Gym Leader positions can be revoked for any reason by administrators including, but not limited to, spamming, inactivity, unnecessary banning of other members and abuse of position on site

A note before the details of the tournament: placing in the tournament does not guarantee a desired leader position. If a person is not active or has not proven themselves a beneficial member of the Harbor League community, it is likely that they will not be granted a gym leader position, regardless of their placing in the tournament.

The Tournament:

The tournament will be held on Wednesday, June 23rd at 9:00pm EST over Nintendo WFC.
Any participant in the tournament will be assumed a gym leader contender - if you do not wish to become a gym leader, but still wish to participate in the tournament, please make this clear in your entry.
If you wish to participate in the tournament, make sure you are active on the chat during the time the tournament is being held so members or administrators can contact you in regards to any tournament-related news.
The tournament will be an OU competition with the following rules:

Sleep Clause - You can only put one of your opponent to sleep a a time. Rest and Effect Spore are not affected by this clause.
Species Clause - Only one of each species per team.
Evasion Clause - No Double Team or Minimize
OHKO Clause - No Horn Drill, Guillotine, Sheer Cold, or Fissure
Self KO Clause - No Self Destruct, Explosion, or Destiny Bond on your last Pokemon
Soul Dew Clause - No Soul Dew
No Ubers
Only legal Pokemon allowed
No Rotoms - Rotom Now Allowed
Single Elimination

You will be paired up with your respective first round opponents the night before the tournament.
All entries as well as their Friend Codes will be listed in this thread the night before the tournament; it is recommended you add your opponent's Friend Code prior to the tournament to avoid any delay.
If you are not present for your battle after 20 minutes past the start of the first round, you are disqualified and your opponent wins by default.
